To order tapes & CDs by mail, send a list of tapes/CDs you want to purchase along with your check or money order for the total plus $3.95 for US Priority Mail shipping. Refunds and Returns
We guaranntee our tapes and CDs to be free of defects and we are happy to replace any defective tapes/CDs upon notification. However, we do not make refunds or accept returns of our products that have been opened or used. We try our best to provide adequate descriptions of our products and expect our customers to choose the items that best fit their purposes. And unfortunately, the nature of recorded audio programs in tape and CD formats do not lend themselves to returns with refunds based upon one's preferences and tastes after using the product.
